We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Delivery Personnel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ago, Okota \/ Isolo &#8211; Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>\nStatements to demonstrate why this job exists:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery Men distribute products promptly to our customers, represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase ourprofitability and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe main areas in which this job must get results in order to achieve its purpose \/ accountabilities of the job holder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with and shall take instructions from General\/Operations Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that their vehicles are handled with utmost care to ensure that safety of driver, goods and the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Check the tyres, water levels, oil level, fuel level, fire extinguishers, vehicle tools, lights, spare tyres. C-caution etc. every morning before moving into the road.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the vehicles are washed regularly and as directed by the General\/Operations Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Make accurate entries into the log books for every particular movement and submit same to the General\/Operations Manager for endorsements every morning.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the General\/Operations Manager of the expiry date for any of the vehicle particulars\/documents being usedat least two weeks before the actual expiry date.<\/li>\n<li>Obey all traffic rules and regulations and respect law enforcement agents at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Report any defect to company vehicle(s) in writing to the General\/OperationsManager.<\/li>\n<li>Do not carry any unauthorized goods\/passengers in company vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain the quantity of any item that he is transporting on behalf of the company and ensure that documents he has for such items are correct in all respects.<\/li>\n<li>Drivers of delivery trucks acts as loaders\/off loaders at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Drivers should ensure that their phones are constantly on while on duty using approved handsfree devices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that delivery notes are signed by receivers of any delivery note are returned to the warehouse immediately they come back to base.<\/li>\n<li>Make deliveries without failures only to authorized locations.<\/li>\n<li>Always project the image of the company whenever receiving or delivering goods on behalf of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Resume and close duties depending on the demand of the job at hand and as determined by their Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other related duties when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Qualifications \/ Skills \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND, SSCE \/ GCE \/ NECO qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Valid professional driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Good driving record with no traffic violations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive light vehicles; medium and large trucks driving experience an advantage &#8211; 10 to 30 Tons Truck<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in motor vehicle transport and\/or maintenance management<\/li>\n<li>Fully familiar with driving protocols and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Great sense of responsibility aimed at safety of vehicle and goods<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to act logically and quickly in adverse situations<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills targeted at handling correspondence with managers and customers<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive heavy vehicles for long hours<\/li>\n<li>Special talent for charting out best possible routes in order to save time and fuel<\/li>\n<li>Physical dexterous to handle loading and unloading tasks<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional skills in city, intercity and interstate navigation<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to exhibit great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Keen understanding of handling basic vehicle maintenance and repair tasks<\/li>\n<li>Good hand-eye coordination<\/li>\n<li>Capability of working well under pressure especially in adverse situations such as accidents or traffic jams<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of traffic laws and ability to \u201cthink fast on your feet\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service skills aimed at communicating a positive image of the company to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N50,000 &#8211; 60,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to &#8220;The Head, Human Resources&#8221; via:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@goldline.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@goldline.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates will be selected based on location, experience and zeal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Goldline Nigeria Limited is involved in the importation, sales, distribution and installation of security doors, internal and external doors, wooden and metal doors, locks and keys, decorative glass blocks, awnings&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2835],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Goldline Nigeria Limited Available Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
