We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Event Centre Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with different departments, event vendors, and clients to ensure seamless organization and execution of all events.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and implement all operations within an event,<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with all Departments to maintain the event calendar and ensure event dates do not interfere with other events.<\/li>\n<li>Timely response to all event inquiries according to the company\u2019s SLA and ensuring the conversion of inquiries to sales.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate to prospective clients the features and benefits of the company\u2019s event packages.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the operation team and clients to plan and coordinate details of events.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rate quotation and prompt issuance of invoice to clients also ensure proper follow up.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Develop event feedback surveys and post-event reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare marketing visit report and sales for analyzing market strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards within the business premises.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all facilities are well-maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the unique needs of different types of events.<\/li>\n<li>Create and consistently manage all client data.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with clients throughout the event planning process and beyond.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining an appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure awareness of the latest marketing and business development techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Implement all related organization policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of event hall management experience or in a similar function<\/li>\n<li>Project management Skill is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Sales and marketing skills to promote events and attract business.<\/li>\n<li>Effective and Efficient communication<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of oral\/written English<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in computer and MS Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Physically and mentally fit for the job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N150,000 &#8211; 250,000 monthly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@kloverharris.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@kloverharris.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cPosition applied for\u201d as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>17th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kloverharris Limited is a Human resource\/IT Consulting company that provides high quality services to businesses across Africa.
