We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Premises Manager 2<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Borno<br \/>\n<strong>Job Ref:<\/strong> ABJ202100197<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the direct supervision of the Finance and Administration Manager, the Premises Manager 2 manages the department in charge of ICRC premises and infrastructure within a delegation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participates in determining accommodation and office space needs and identifies premises accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses the set-up of the premises, including passive security measures in place, and proposes corrective measures<\/li>\n<li>where necessary. Takes part in drawing up lease agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates maintenance of all premises and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the department in charge of premises and infrastructure. Trains and supervises the staff and organizes their work.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to establishing housing policy.<\/li>\n<li>Deals with external contacts, service providers and suppliers.
