We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Accountant Principal Manager &#8211; Tax and Compliance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja \/ Niger<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Law, Economics, Taxation, or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>A postgraduate degree or an MBA will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant and appropriate professional certification (ICAN, CITN, ACCA etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8-12 years relevant experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Big 4 Tax and regulatory compliance experience will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling tax dispute<\/li>\n<li>Experience in in policy design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Power sector experience will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of ERP and Intranet mailing facility.<\/li>\n<li>Smart reporting skills, technical skill, corporate behavior, and business thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive Working Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and power point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Attitude:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of tax regulations and application<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem solving ability.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership quality and interpersonal relationship<\/li>\n<li>Numeric and data analytics<\/li>\n<li>Team collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility, Honesty, independence, and objectivity in judgement, and Courtesy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Age:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not more than 38 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>NGN700,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the Job Title as the subject of the e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Based in Abuja but available to work outside Abuja as may be required<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
