We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikota Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to financial audits.<\/li>\n<li>Timely verification of client payments.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing estate, client receivables and project accounts for each estate.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all bank deposits and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare station of financial position and invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Establish internal controls for the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years with a real estate firm is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>ICAN\/ACCA will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Relevant work experience,<\/li>\n<li>Residential Location Island and immediate environs is a must (Only candidates that reside on the island will be contacted).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to completing deadline<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a target driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: N80,000- 120,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits: HMO, Pension, 13th Month,\u00a0Commission\u00a0on property sales and Leave Allowance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:abraham.epete@keystonerealty.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>abraham.epete@keystonerealty.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Keystone Realty Group is a real estate development and management company located in downtown Indianapolis.
