We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are hiring a customer service supervisor to manage customer queries and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.<\/li>\n<li>To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree \/ HND<\/li>\n<li>3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Track record of over-achieving quota.<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N60,000 &#8211; N70,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@passagenigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@passagenigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passage Nigeria &#8211; We are one of West Africa\u2019s leading communications services provider.
