We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior IT Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ota, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Level:<\/strong> Staff<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>Unit\u00a0Head \/\u00a0Group\u00a0IT Head<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role envisages working with full diligence to support IT functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Span of Control:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role reports administratively to Unit\u00a0Head\u00a0and technically to the Group\u00a0IT Head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role\/Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT support (hardware and software)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position will have the overall accountability to support IT functions as mentioned below:<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot IT related issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely support is provided<\/li>\n<li>Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within the stipulated period of time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc. in Computer Science\/IT<\/li>\n<li>He should have at least 10 to 12 years of industrial experience in providing IT support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skillsets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full knowledge of the various functions in IT<\/li>\n<li>Installations of desktops\/laptops\/OS\/application software and other software<\/li>\n<li>Biometrics \/ access control machines<\/li>\n<li>CCTV cameras<\/li>\n<li>LAN (networking, laying cables, re-crimping, trunking of cables, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Communication &amp; Organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special conditions etc. if any:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To give support to residents (company\u2019s quarters) for internet connection on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>If support is required on Sundays or public holidays, the candidate must make himself available on-call basis.<\/li>\n<li>Must stay in Sango\u00a0Ota, Ogun State.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On a permanent basis.
