We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance and Account Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for detailed accounts and finance records, as well as the integrity of the records.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the corporate budget and drives financial decisions that ensure the achievement of the organisation\u2019s financial goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring process.<\/li>\n<li>Performs financial analysis, reporting and management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and manages all expenses within the allotted budget.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Develops standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in account payable and receivable activities.<\/li>\n<li>Performs account reconciliation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Generates financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and managing the impact on the Institution\u2019s liquidity of significant income and expenditure items e.g. variation in subscription income, the Institution\u2019s contribution to pension funds of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular financial scenario planning and recommending the long-term investment plan and framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 8-10 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:people@oneport365.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">people@oneport365.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OnePort365 is the digital solution that is creating a radical change in the role of Africa in global trade.
