We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Product Delivery Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product Delivery Representative (PDR) is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the delivering of all approved purchase orders across Lagos State.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Product Delivery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the GSWL Lagos sales lead to deliver all approved purchase orders to stores in full not later than 24 hours after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the loading of stock in his van in line with recommended stacking.<\/li>\n<li>Return and ensure proper documentation of all returned stocks with the right supporting document.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of evidence of delivery to back-office associate after every delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Asset Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Delivery Van is clean and in good working condition always.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and provide Routine Maintainance Logistics update of the Van<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicle papers needed for smooth operation is valid and always kept in the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Keep proper record of van fuelling with fuel vendor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk and Control Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply to all rules and regulations as stated by traffic agency<\/li>\n<li>Reports all incidences not more than 24 hours after the incidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously ensure processes are followed and improved upon by adherence and proposing ways of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Provides reports of functions on weekly and periodic basis as may be needed by the line manager.<\/li>\n<li>Any other job that may be assigned by his\/her supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Provides reports of functions on weekly and periodic basis as may be needed as at when due<\/li>\n<li>Any other job that may be assigned by his\/her supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report accurately and timely<\/li>\n<li>Great communication and negotiation skills, Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Objection handling, Business acumen, pro-active<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and deliver.<\/li>\n<li>Smart, and willing to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Honesty and a high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented organized team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE, must have a driver\u2019s license and a valid LASDRI car<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Lagos route<\/li>\n<li>Age:\u00a022 \u2013 30.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/saroafrica.com\/jobs-june-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gossy Warmsprings Limited (GWS) is a subsidiary of SaroAfrica International Limited (SIL), operating in the Food and Beverage sector of the economy.
