We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Center Quality Assurance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Call enter Quality Assurance Officer must measure and evaluate the performance of the customer service representatives who come in direct contact with the company&#8217;s consumer base.<\/li>\n<li>The main goal is to ensure objectives are being met to maintain operations at an optimal level.<\/li>\n<li>Quality assurance representatives use tools like call monitoring and audio recording software to evaluate representatives&#8217; performance metrics and assist upper management with discovering weaknesses and rewarding strengthsin customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Officer, your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support quality across the team.<\/li>\n<li>It is your responsibility that, regardless of the agent approached or the support channel used, customers always get similarly excellent treatment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and develop internal support and call center quality standards;<\/li>\n<li>Review a subset of support agents\u2019 conversations (calls, emails, chat, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Assess support interactions based on internal standards;<\/li>\n<li>Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback;<\/li>\n<li>Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze all customer service metrics (e.g. CSAT, FRT, IQS) and how the support team\u2019s performance affects those KPIs;<\/li>\n<li>Create strategies to improve support KPIs;<\/li>\n<li>Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support;<\/li>\n<li>Map the need for training and onboarding programs and initiate these projects;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer service performance on the agent and team level;<\/li>\n<li>Create reports that reflect support performance;<\/li>\n<li>Report support team\u2019s performance to higher-ups;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in internal evaluations;<\/li>\n<li>Positively contribute to the team culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 0 &#8211; 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the customer service \/ collection space;<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of analytical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in quality assurance;<\/li>\n<li>Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback;<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational skills, knowledge in goal-setting practices;<\/li>\n<li>Examples of data visualization abilities and understanding of support metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Perception of basic business metrics and how support impacts those;<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N50,000 &#8211; N70,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bytefinnigeria@gmail.com\"><strong>bytefinnigeria@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bytefin is a finance tech company and has been granted a loan business license by the Lagos government.
