We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for organizing the day to day activities of a firm partner while assisting in operational functions of the firm.<\/li>\n<li>The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to the firm Partner in both personal and professional levels.<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive\u2019s behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.<\/li>\n<li>Performing minor file management duties.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the executive\u2019s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree holder in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of experience as a personal Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to bring technical support, innovation and ideas that will enhance our firm and will swiftly adapt to a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel locally<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on the weekends, Sunday from 2pm until 6pm or otherwise agreed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to run personal errands<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Executive Assistant skills and qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Time management and ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision making<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity and self-direction<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N120,000 &#8211; N150,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/bwX7nTfHhZvVkTAK9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NENnetworks &#8211; Our client is a well-established small to medium sized Firm that maintains established practices across a broad range of legal expertise.
