We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Culture &amp; Transformation PMO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Ref.<\/strong> R-45560<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Culture and Transformation PMO is responsible for partnering with the business leaders, COE and Associate Services in building the BU capabilities for driving sustainable, profitable business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Through HR thought leadership, s\/he is responsible for building a BU culture and operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining &#8211; the \u201cBest in Class\u201d talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Function Related Activities \/ Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all culture and engagement strategies, plans and initiatives across the\u00a0 Africa OU in partnership with the People Insights and culture team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for employee listening strategies in the Africa OU and built networks across the system to harmonize strategies where feasible.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development and implementation of organization programs to better develop culture practices.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze qualitative\/quantitative engagement data to create plans across the OU in partnership with the Strategic Business Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support Africa\u00a0 OU Leaders in developing, design and facilitating sessions where appropriate to improve culture and engagement metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Develop culture strategies and solutions, either independently or in partner with other SBPs for larger impact.<\/li>\n<li>Co-Lead Change Management and Organizational Development practices across the Africa OU in collaboration with the extended HR Team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to build People and Organization narrative for Culture, Leadership and Talent (People Centric)<\/li>\n<li>Accountable of OU and system EVP in partnership with Bottling Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously looking for external culture and engagement practices. (Outside in)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of Human Resources experience, Change Management, Consulting, Organizational Development in a multinational company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Related Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability\/experience in development of culture &amp; transformation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Assess business needs, trends, and implications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Skills: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Culture &amp; engagement<\/li>\n<li>Consulting<\/li>\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n<li>Coaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Can Do for You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be part of the Africa team where teams are the new heroes and our leaders that are inclusive orchestrators.
