We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Product:<\/strong> White Goods \/ Appliances<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On time part dispatch for the branches<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Logistics for dispatch of the spares parts along with communication<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Stock Accuracy &amp; Auditing at the warehouse, Physical vs. System matching<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Stock Counting and labelling activity on monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Supervisors for GRN for new spare parts from suppliers and local vendors<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring of Used parts return from branches, Issued Vs Defectives<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for failure report preparation &amp; sharing to National Service Manager (Compressor\/ Panel \/ PCB\/ Batteries etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for creation of parts matrix with alternatives and sharing it to branches regularly<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for safety stock preparation based on failure\/ consumption for all the branches<\/li>\n<li>Part costing into ERP for new spare parts<\/li>\n<li>New Part coding formulation and uploading into ORION<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for sharing of Goods Received tracking sheet across branches<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for KPI monitoring and achieving<\/li>\n<li>Manages recruiting, staffing, training and employee development activities<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Auction \/ Scrapping of defective &amp; non-usable items at central warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reducing the inventory level of non-moving items<\/li>\n<li>CRM Operation updating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Management in a similar company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
