We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja \/ Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and field sales.<\/li>\n<li>Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate\/close deals and handle complaints or objections.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.<\/li>\n<li>Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in Civil \/ Chemical Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have good knowledge of the construction industry, sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, business development and strategic thinking.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 5 years experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Fast learner and passion for sales.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the construction industry<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@costarchem.com\">hr@costarchem.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Business Development Executive Lagos&#8221; or &#8220;Business Development Executives Abuja&#8221; for Abuja as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costarchem Nigeria is a subsidiary of costar USA.
