We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange and handle all logistics for CEO meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials.<\/li>\n<li>Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO\u2019s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements and completing expense reports.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a &#8220;barometer,&#8221; having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO\u2019s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of organization\u2019s office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.<\/li>\n<li>Provide event management support as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries, process and distribute daily mail.<\/li>\n<li>Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.<\/li>\n<li>Other projects \/ duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must reside in Lagos.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors Degree.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 &#8211; 5 years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills .<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work under pressure, deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex issues logically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nIntersted and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd3XWPHLEDd5MM46lOO5E7u4BKF_lkCbED5mAhei-p_cgvf5Q\/viewform?usp=pp_url\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th July, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Events Architects Limited is a creative-led, design, production and experience-driven events + brand activation agency based in Nigeria.
