We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Sales Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nField Sales Specialist would be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Canvassing a specific perimeter on the island\/mainland as assigned by your supervisor to onboard new clients for Renda Limited.<\/li>\n<li>Report to your supervisor daily.<\/li>\n<li>Onboard recruited clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of strategies to source for clients<\/li>\n<li>Identify, build relationship with and manage clients expectations<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely, relevant and actionable reporting on market status regarding delivery and clients needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Daily Target:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 Deliveries daily<\/li>\n<li>(Be assisted with social media and email format- achieve the target by onboarding business that offer at least 20 deliveries a day which means 13 businesses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in sales preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 net (12,500 weekly)<\/li>\n<li>HMO<\/li>\n<li>10% commission on the company&#8217;s profit per delivery completed to be paid at the end of the month once at least 60% of stated target is achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@renda.co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@renda.co<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island based applicants are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renda Limited &#8211; We use technology to solve logistics problems and connect businesses and individuals to easy, fast and cost-effective logistics services.
