Dragnet Solutions Limited<\/strong> is a dynamic IT firm that specializes in the design, development and implementation of people screening solutions that can be deployed in a variety of uses covering both the workplace and the educational arena. We are currently looking for a Psychologist\/Researcher, who will be responsible for the creation, standardization and deployment of assessments for various purposes.<\/p>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Create, Standardise and Deploy assessments for various uses
\n\u2022 Statistically analyse Norm Groups for benchmarking and analysis
\n\u2022 Provide extensive statistical reports on results
\n\u2022 Manage relationship with test development partners
\n\u2022 Research innovative testing tools for special needs (deaf, blind etc.)
\n\u2022 Advise on best practice on use of CBT (Computer Based Testing)
\n\u2022 Carry out research
\n\u2022 Test theories on psychology and human behaviour<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in Psychology from a reputable University.
\n\u2022 Good analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022 Good verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality<\/p>\n
