We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Mainland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing accounts and tax returns<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring spending and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Auditing and analyzing financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Financial forecasting and risk analysis<\/li>\n<li>Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits<\/li>\n<li>Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Keeping account books and systems up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Form-M computation and Forex transaction<\/li>\n<li>LC \/ Bills computation and financial accounting statements<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with FIRS &amp; LIRS as well as good knowledge of Insurance<\/li>\n<li>General ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process<\/li>\n<li>Cash book summary and bank reconciliation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Accounting, Economics or any related field of study<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; 6 years relevant working experience in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0(in MS Word format) to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.n<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>2nd August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only suitable candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
