We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Business Manager to lead all aspects of our business.<\/li>\n<li>You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>You will maintain the business revenue, profitability and quality goals.<\/li>\n<li>You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily front end and back-end business operations<\/li>\n<li>Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Regularly review food quality and research new vendors and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and supervise shifts<\/li>\n<li>Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity<\/li>\n<li>Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Manage business\u2019s good image and suggest ways to improve it<\/li>\n<li>Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses<\/li>\n<li>Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events<\/li>\n<li>Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)<\/li>\n<li>Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices<\/li>\n<li>Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations<\/li>\n<li>Estimate staff\u2019s workload and compensations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of payroll and attendance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary Schooling is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer service experience as a manager<\/li>\n<li>Extensive food and beverage (F&amp;B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with restaurant management software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, motivational and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Acute financial management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should kindly send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:peaceonyinyechi@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peaceonyinyechi@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Business Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Accommodation is available.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eat by Dahlias is an organization that sets high standards for food service in Nigeria.
