We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HR Officer will be primarily responsible for providing guidance and support to the organization across the range of HR duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full life cycle recruitment; selection of high-performance candidates, interviewing, due diligence, preparation of employment contracts and employee induction and training.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Managers to draft key performance indicators for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee output.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update relevant databases (recruitment, performance history, employee database, organisation structures, training, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Draft and update human resource policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all employee engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct investigations, discipline guidance, and terminations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with all levels of staff and understand all human resource needs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and document HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage leave schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc in any Social Science discipline.<\/li>\n<li>0 to 3 years&#8217; experience as a HR Generalist.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications\/ Trainings in HR Courses is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills &#8211; oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Data collection<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite i.e. word, excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident within Lekki\/Ajah axis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should please send their CVs to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:admin@inventallianceco.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admin@inventallianceco.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Applicants must be resident within Lekki \/ Ajah axis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized on creation of multi sector and multi discipline business platform with specialist partnerships for value co-creation in each of the different business segments&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[35],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Invent Alliance Limited Available Employment Opportunity - Apply Now!
