A good University Degree in Business Admim or Marketing or related field<br \/>\nii. Minimum of 5 yrs experience in Oil &amp; Gas or closely related field<br \/>\niii. Have Field experience in liasing with Depots\/Oil Tanker Agents\/Vessel Agents, etc<br \/>\niv. Good written and oral communications skills<br \/>\nvi. Good negotiation skills.<\/p>\n<p>Job Functions<\/p>\n<p>Develop a sales strategy, in line with the overall corporate strategy.<br \/>\ngrow revenue sales and market share across the designated region.<br \/>\nIdentify sales opportunities.<br \/>\nResponsible for managing relationships with customers.<br \/>\nSupport, maintain and develop key relationships with individuals, external groups, partner organisations, influencers, local communities and other stakeholders.<br \/>\nFollow up with Admin\/Operations to ensure products are delivered to customers as scheduled.<br \/>\nEnsure full payment of all sales.<br \/>\nFollow up on all outstanding payments.<br \/>\nIdentify changes in the economic and business environment that may potentially warrant modifications to the business model.<br \/>\nAnalyse trends in the market and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.<br \/>\nAggressively pursue sales goals by month, quarter and year.<br \/>\nEnsure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities.<br \/>\nEnsure accurate and timely sales forecasting on a periodic basis, and articulate strategies to enable achievement of the same.<br \/>\nFoster a customer centric organization culture driven by teamwork and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nChampion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategies and policies.
