JOB TITLE: Head of Operations<\/p>\n

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Implement and drive strategic plans for all stages of the company’s core operations – Testing, Verification
\n\u2022 Identify business needs, objectives, and goals and deliver operational excellence
\n\u2022 To provide leadership to the management team to ensure targets are met.
\n\u2022 Ensure operational excellence through teams that deliver KPI\u2019s through productivity, quality and value.
\n\u2022 To work closely with the Directors to create budgets, and ensure costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
\n\u2022 Analyse, interpret, and report to Directors\/Management on operational performance, identifying areas of underperformance, and implementing strategies and solutions.
\n\u2022 Ensure business processes are reviewed and updated to ensure maximum performance.
\n\u2022 Communicate clearly and concisely across the operations to embed visions and values.
\n\u2022 To manage and cultivate business client relationships in order to deliver KPI\u2019S and SLA\u2019s
\n\u2022 Liaise with the sales teams to deliver the sales strategy, and to identify ways to improve sales potential.
\n\u2022 Ensure all client and customer relations are managed to ensure best possible delivery.
\n\u2022 Execute client mandates using Dragnet designed software applications
\n\u2022 Plan, schedule, execute and manage technical operations
\n\u2022 Monitor standards in the delivery of all Dragnet services.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience in a similar position at least 2 of which must be in a managerial role.
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division from a reputable university.
\n\u2022 Proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software
\n\u2022 Good analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022 Good verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Self-starter with ability to prioritize and organize work load
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently with limited supervisory intervention on day to day basis
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
\n\u2022 Relevant industry experience within technology sector is a plus<\/p>\n
