We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Tricycle Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver the monthly sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve availability of our products in wholesale and retail outlets that are at the same level as our main competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Work with our dealers and retailers to activate our products at the point of sale.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers\/retailers to increase sell-in\/sell-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Area Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor dealers\u2019 turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his\/her monthly target.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.<\/li>\n<li>Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Below criteria are must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 Years of Van Sales Experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Driving skills with active driving licenses\/permit and must have a good knowledge of the Nigeria roads<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use Smartphones and have good knowledge of sales applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge \/ Skills \/ Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executing sales plan for the territory<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in executing \u201cSteps of the Call\u201d and in building strong relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Information tracking, analysis, and preparing for the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication Skills and must be goal-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N50,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
