We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager (Modern Trade)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sango Ota, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure successful and timely delivery of products\/services to customers according to their specifications<\/li>\n<li>Forecast key account metrics<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities within assigned territories and incorporate into the growth and development of the company<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales for the company according to specified targets<\/li>\n<li>Meet account deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales team<\/li>\n<li>Listen to clients to gain an understanding of their needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure repeat customers<\/li>\n<li>Establish budget with the company and its clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports of sales metrics over a specified period of time \u2013 monthly, quarterly, and yearly<\/li>\n<li>Keep internal and external stakeholders posted on the progress of implemented initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Write proposals and business plans for securing business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop new business pitches<\/li>\n<li>Develop the efficiency of the direct sales channel<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies for profit maximization<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing company\u2019s marketing strategy, and also ensure its execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 (Five) years experience in the similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of HND in any related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective communication skills, both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope and produce results under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>People skills; ability to go along well with others<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility; ability to engage in multiple tasks<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in computer usage, with ability to use basic applications<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work with numbers and perform basic math problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to efficiently manage large budgets<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills: ability to lead a team of staff<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay attention to detail and follow through with given instructions<\/li>\n<li>Possess effective decision making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
