{"id":150160,"date":"2021-07-13T10:00:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-13T09:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=150160"},"modified":"2021-07-13T23:48:57","modified_gmt":"2021-07-13T22:48:57","slug":"an-oil-and-gas-servicing-company-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/an-oil-and-gas-servicing-company-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"An Oil and Gas servicing company Recent Job Recruitment &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An Oil and Gas servicing company located in Victoria Island, Lagos is currently seeking to grow its team by hiring the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Financial \/ Tax Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> OPL\/133\/ACT<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0<\/strong><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing Financial Statement in line with the IFRS standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and Maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers, profit and loss statement, monthly and yearly financial statements and other reports<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Tax Authorities, Auditors and other Regulatory bodies as regards preparation and filing of the Audited Financials.<\/li>\n<li>Handle Tax related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out bank reconciliation analysis and account audit<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring prompt remittance and various statutory deduction i.e VAT, PAYE, CIT, Pension Fund etc.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out monthly bank account closing and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Bank on Transaction rates, Foreign Translation rate and Treasury Management<\/li>\n<li>Payroll administration and preparing of monthly sales reports for analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and consolidating the departmental and organization\u2019s budget.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic audit of departmental processes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring compliance in line with accepted accounting principles and company procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, maintaining and implementing financial internal controls, policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a B.Sc in Accounting or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Accounting certification is required (ICAN, ACCA, ACA). Candidates in-view will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of relevant experience.
