We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you possess audit instincts that will enable you conduct audit of Montaigne\u2019s financial reports and assess internal control system?<\/li>\n<li>Are you willing to use your investigative skills to conduct investigations or forensic audit if fraudulent activities are suspected?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeps record to conform with tax law and to provide financial data for the management of Montaigne Business.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that costs and revenue are properly captured.<\/li>\n<li>Make adequate provision for cost, Bank Charges, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Asset Register and compute monthly depreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares income tax and other government reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares weekly creditors and debtors schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares report of daily bank lodgment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares report of daily bank balances.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action (escalate when necessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionally reports into: Head, Internal Auditor<\/li>\n<li>Administratively reports to: Head, Internal Auditor<\/li>\n<li>Supervises: None<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Error free reconciliation statement<\/li>\n<li>Satisfaction of internal customers<\/li>\n<li>Level of adherence to accounting operating procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0<\/strong><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND qualification.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@montaigneplace.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@montaigneplace.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th September, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montaigne Place Is the leading luxury cosmetics, wellbeing and fragrance company in Nigeria.
