We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule Egba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across 3 subsidiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the company<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic advice to the Group Managing Director so that they will have an accurate view of the company\u2019s future<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities<\/li>\n<li>Building and Maintaining an effective Management Team to achieve Strategic business goals<\/li>\n<li>Assuming full accountability to the Board for all company operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the day-to-day running of the company and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance of all subsidiaries<\/li>\n<li>Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues, and resolve problems<\/li>\n<li>Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth<\/li>\n<li>Establishing Continuing contacts with new prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline,<\/li>\n<li>A post-graduate degree in any related field will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years experience in the related industry at senior management level.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong professional profile with excellent business development skills<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership skills, business management with an excellent track record of measurable results<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry or transportation will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Very strong crisis management skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the Telecoms industry will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>14th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should send their updated Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
