We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is ideal for someone who is making healthcare accessible and has experience marketing health products or services.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an excellent storyteller, and focused on using data to achieve results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>In this role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct extensive research on ERA\u2019s B2B target audience to understand their challenges and priorities and align marketing strategies to meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Co-create and execute ERA\u2019s marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling story-based content for web, email, social, and print communication channels<\/li>\n<li>Create regular content that positions ERA as a thought leader in emergency medical response and workplace safety to generate inbound partner and customer leads<\/li>\n<li>Manage Google search ad campaigns to ensure ERA is found by those who require our services<\/li>\n<li>Work to improve organic search ranking using SEO strategies<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the customer journey to increase conversion of leads to customers<\/li>\n<li>Create an on-brand presentation and promotional materials<\/li>\n<li>Build the ERA brand and help to grow a community of passionate customers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Seek and use customer feedback to promote retention, support customer success<\/li>\n<li>Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, Net Promoter Score, and ROI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant educational qualifications (Degree, Professional Development Certificates)<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of relevant content marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience creating content across web and social platforms and running marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience achieving ROI on marketing efforts and using data to improve results<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Google Ads, Facebook\/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SEO principles<\/li>\n<li>Good eye for detail and design.
