We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read site plan and execute projects<\/li>\n<li>Supervise projects and ensure workers follows the company\u2019s laid down rules, policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Give daily feed backs on projects, site observations and site project material needs that may slow down work flow and process<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on workers and ensure 3d drawings are being achieved from the start of the project<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on materials to delivered, and ensure it gets to the site and are place rightly<\/li>\n<li>Get Artisans available at all times for the job<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the MD to ensure all tasks are executed<\/li>\n<li>Determine the client\u2019s goals and requirements for the project<\/li>\n<li>Consider how the spaces will be used<\/li>\n<li>Sketch preliminary plans, including electrical and partition layouts<\/li>\n<li>Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.<\/li>\n<li>Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs<\/li>\n<li>Place order for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements<\/li>\n<li>Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project<\/li>\n<li>Visit the site till project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other architects,and construction laborers to determine how interior spaces will function, look, and be furnished.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in any related field<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 4 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce 2D plans and 3D plans<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in architectural measurement units<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate 3D designs to site supervisors<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge in Interior Designing<\/li>\n<li>Have the knowledge and practical experience in archicad, revit, 3Dmax, twin motion or sketch up, v-ray, atlantis<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand \u2018As-built\u2019 designs<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and has a keen eye<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N60,000 &#8211; N70,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/TZvGb7L9yjPgQAHp6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th July, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FHON Consulting &#8211; We pride ourselves on working with clients who are ambitious and want to set defined goals and objectives.
