{"id":15068,"date":"2012-06-11T07:19:29","date_gmt":"2012-06-11T06:19:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=15068"},"modified":"2012-06-11T07:19:29","modified_gmt":"2012-06-11T06:19:29","slug":"fidson-healthcare-plc-brand-development-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/fidson-healthcare-plc-brand-development-manager.html","title":{"rendered":"Fidson Healthcare Plc: Brand Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fidson Healthcare Plc<\/strong> is an indigenous pharmaceutical and Healthcare company recruiting for a Brand Development Manager<br \/>\nRequired competency and work skills<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for:\u00a0POSITION: BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<\/p>\n<p>\uf076 Excellent communication skill and command of language<br \/>\n\uf076 Good interpersonal skill<br \/>\n\uf076 Cognate experience in the creation, planning and handling of advertising<br \/>\n\uf076 Creative ability, ideas and concept development<br \/>\n\uf076 Ability to relate with prescribers and influencers in order to elicit patronage through effective marketing communication tools and materials<br \/>\n\uf076 Ability to analyze and elucidate vital data for informed judgment on brand positioning<br \/>\n\uf076 In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical products consumer attitude and profile and ability to engage such knowledge in improving market share<br \/>\n\uf076 Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally<br \/>\n\uf076 Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track<br \/>\n\uf076 Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters<br \/>\n\uf076 Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications<br \/>\n\uf076 Well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills<br \/>\n\uf076 To drive all branding initiatives, using initiative tools, insights, strategy and designs<br \/>\n\uf076 Lead cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow consumer mind and market share<br \/>\n\uf076 Drive branding innovations through the system to better meet KOLs and consumer demands<br \/>\n\uf076 Build equity around core OTC brands and their extensions<br \/>\n\uf076 Develop overall go-to-market product (brand) strategy<br \/>\n\uf076 Coordinating brand driving activities together with sales, advertizing, promotion, research and development, marketing research, distribution, package development.<br \/>\n\uf076 Collaborate with Production, Regulatory and Marketing team in the development of all, special and exclusive products<br \/>\n\uf076 Work with Product Managers to continuously develop cutting edge brand communication initiatives to support all products; RDAs, Clinical presentation slides, posters, Media and other communication materials in conjunction with Product Managers.<br \/>\n\uf076 Offer insight and leverage learning across product lines.
