We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.<\/li>\n<li>The customer relationship manager, along with the marketing unit would play an integral part in\u00a0providing and maintaining exceptional customer experiences\u00a0and customer success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships with key employees among customers<\/li>\n<li>Create plans to address clients\u2019 business needs<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on creating profitable processes<\/li>\n<li>Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied<\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure both the Group and clients adhere to contract terms<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other departments and entities to ensure a smooth operation and achievement of the marketing strategies and Group goals.<\/li>\n<li>Study competition to find new ways to retain customers<\/li>\n<li>Set revenue targets and work diligently to meet them<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance to address customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ B.A in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Client Relations Resource or\u00a0Relationship Manager with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets<\/li>\n<li>Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)<\/li>\n<li>A customer-oriented attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruit@enadama.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruit@enadama.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title, Company Name and (Candidate&#8217;s Name) as the subject of the mail e.g &#8220;Customer Relationship Manager, Enadama Group (John Luke)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>2nd August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enadama Group partners with Entrepreneurs, Institutions, and governments of Nations to build the critical infrastructure for Africa&#8217;s coming economic boom.
