\nAccountabilities (Responsibilities)
\nHuman Resource Management:
\nRecruitment and Selection, Training Administration, Performance Evaluation, Review practice systems and policies and procedures
\nFacilities Management
\nMaintenance of Building & equipment, Purchasing, Ensuring Smooth running of Telecommunications, reception services, internet, mail, dispatch, generator maintenance, security etc
\nPractice Management
\nEnsuring compliance with work Product quality control, professional standards and other practice management functions<\/p>\n
\nA degree in business administration or management, finance, human resources, estate management, or comparable work experience.<\/p>\n
\nMust be Computer Literate
\nMust be able to work with minimal Supervision
\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
\nMust have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
\nExcellent Supervisory and leadership skills
\nGood People Management
\nExcellent Organisational Skills<\/p>\n
