We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Brand Manager, Close Up<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Ref No: <\/strong>R-19546<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Job Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>\nOverview:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To play key supporting role in the development and implementation of the integrated brand marketing plan and to achieve the business goals for CloseUp.<\/li>\n<li>The job requires managing CloseUp to deliver market development campaign and innovations across Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the brand marketing plan through an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing activity in line with brand marketing plans ensuring consistency with \u2018brand key\u2019 vision and \u2018brand vision\u2019 plan.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze brand performance and brand health by constant evaluation of national support activities against measurable objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver specific innovations as per the brand strategy to deliver growth in the market share and other performance indicators as outlined by the business\/function and Line Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P\u2019s).\u00a0 Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of brand strategies and plans to achieve short and long-term business targets (financial and in-market performance).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of brand plans within designated timelines and budget restrictions and in the execution of consumer support programs (consumer promotion), market research and design.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the creative development process and execution of the brand activation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring and analysing competitive and marketplace activity.<\/li>\n<li>Managing of all day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross functional team to land flawlessly all marketing related activities and project\u00a0 innovations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Internal Stakeholders the role interfaces with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCBTs; CCD teams; CD Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Category Managers; Consumer &amp; Market Insight Manager<\/li>\n<li>Finance BP; Supply Chain; R&amp;D Department; Quality Team<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Communications\/ Communication Channel (Media) Manager<\/li>\n<li>Key Account Managers; Territory Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>External Stakeholders the role interfaces with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication &amp; Public Relations Agency; Marketing Research Agencies; Regulatory body (GSA &amp; FDA); Creative Agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two (2) years brand management in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment or marketing role.<\/li>\n<li>Customer marketing experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Business management and project management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Key Competencies (SOL\u2019s): Purpose &amp;
