Docuument Controller<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interface coordination with all company disciplines and client Document Controllers for the distribution of all correspondence and deliverables,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain incoming and outgoing document control Logs,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Project Filing System.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and distribute Queries and Outstanding Items Lists.<\/li>\n<li>Update, maintain and distribute Action Items Lists promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Prompt delivery of project documents to client<\/li>\n<li>Archive documents in soft copies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.Eng Degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have previously worked in related environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills, must be proficient in Microsoft suites<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of scanning &amp; document storage system<\/li>\n<li>Apt skills for filing.<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge of technical &amp; non technical documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n5.) Bid Engineer<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of bid submissions through its complete cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Identify resources required for a bid, plan bid activities, identify deliverables and manage resources in an efficient manner to produce winning bids within deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with different layers internally and externally to ensure that deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the application\/ renewal process for registration with industry regulating bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage a bid documentation pool ensuring that all information and offerings are up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and assistance to other bid team members as required.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-bid activities with the bid team including briefings, scope meetings, and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the client contact point during the bid process which includes rising and responding to queries, presenting the bid and negotiating with the customer as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.Eng Degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have previously worked in related environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills, must be proficient in Microsoft suites<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge of technical &amp; non technical documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.) QA \/ QC Eengineer<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities will involve:<\/strong><br \/>\nImplementation, monitoring and maintenance of all quality control systems and management activities in project execution and management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.Eng<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have previously worked in an oil &amp; gas construction environment.<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil and gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with ISO 9,000 and 14,000 series standards.<\/li>\n<li>Trained ISO 9,001 Quality Auditor is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Managerial experience will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7.) Construction Engineer<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals and objectives of project activities from initiation through work scoping, engineering and design.<\/li>\n<li>Tendering execution to commissioning in line with Obax goals, procedures and specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.Eng degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with project development challenges in Nigeria or in other regions with similar challenges.<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil &amp; gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with PMI methods is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8.) Lead Electrical Instrument<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities and duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installation of EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems)<\/li>\n<li>Specifying and installation of MCCs (motor control centers)<\/li>\n<li>Design and installation of earthling system,<\/li>\n<li>Managing junior electrical engineers.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of power transformer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.Eng degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil &amp; gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills useful in project planning and management, reporting and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of control system\/Delta V &amp; Allen Bradley.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of electrical documentation, P&amp; ID single drawings, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n9.) Field Superintendent<\/p>\n<p>Summary of principle duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the day to day construction activities of contractors\/ workers on site with regards to scheduling manpower and expediting receipt of equipment and materials for utilization at various phases of work.<\/li>\n<li>Will review drawings; provide site coordination on meeting specific time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant field construction exposure that may be gained through practical construction experience and |or a degree in engineering with good field design experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil &amp; gas industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10.) Human Resources Personnel<\/p>\n<p>Summary of principle duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain human resource policies, ensuring compliance; and to contribute to the development of corporate HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure provision of a professional human resource service to the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Masters degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to communicate and write effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.<\/li>\n<li>Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions.<\/li>\n<li>Interested in continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li>Display leadership qualities and behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts<\/li>\n<li>Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11.) Quarry Manager<\/p>\n<p>Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checking that the quarry&#8217;s production levels are maintained safely to schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Balancing sales and output;<\/li>\n<li>Altering the quarry&#8217;s production system in accordance with the materials required;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with sales and commercial teams;<\/li>\n<li>Performance managing the production process and setting and monitoring targets<\/li>\n<li>Providing\u00a0 information and statistics on the quarry&#8217;s performance;<\/li>\n<li>Developing links with local groups and organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Managing and regulating the quarry&#8217;s budget;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining up-to-date records and dealing with a range of paperwork;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that key government health and safety legislation (Quarries Regulations 1999 and Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Quarries) Regulations 2008) is implemented throughout the site;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with relevant government legislation and industry developments;<\/li>\n<li>Developing inspection systems and checklists<\/li>\n<li>Closely monitoring all areas of the quarry to ensure that extraction and processing work is carried out to the highest standard;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with staff on site and dealing with any technical or staffing challenges that arise<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking regular site inspections and risk assessments in order to comply with all health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Examining the materials produced to ensure that a high quality of product is maintained<\/li>\n<li>Assessing equipment and production materials levels<\/li>\n<li>Ordering new items as required<\/li>\n<li>Checking that all vehicles on site are maintained to a good standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/ Masters in Geology or Mining<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification, an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12.) Quantity Surveyor<\/p>\n<p>Summary of duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to Project Manager or Project Director and provide advice in the decision-making process throughout the management of a project from initial inception to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Handles estimating and cost control, estimating and measurement of construction works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities;<\/li>\n<li>Produce tender documentation and manage the tender process; clarify and evaluate tenders; and manage the resultant contract through monthly valuations, variations control, contract administration and assessment of claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Quantity Survey<\/li>\n<li>5 years minimum total post graduate experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n13.)
