We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Anthony &#8211; Maryland, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing company\u2019s financial accounts and tax returns in line with the applicable tax legislation being conducted in the country.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating of company\u2019s books of operations to be presented on request.<\/li>\n<li>Making periodic tax remissions to the relevant tax authorities<\/li>\n<li>Administering staff payroll<\/li>\n<li>Compiling and presenting financial reports to management as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing company accounts and making effective recommendations to management as requested<\/li>\n<li>Engaging customer correspondents to ensure adequate follow up on company receivables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must be a B.Sc. graduate with an academic background in either of the following Degrees: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and Economics<\/li>\n<li>Possession of ICAN\/ ACCA or in advanced stages of professional exams is an added extra advantage.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving, critical thinking skills and ability to think on the spot<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must not be older than 28 years in as at 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Liaise and build good relationships with colleagues within the company<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Lagos; close proximity to Maryland is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sterlingprong.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@sterlingprong.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>9th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SterlingPRO Business Application Limited is a Fintech that provides innovative, market-relevant and industrialized technology consulting solutions that drive high performance to the financial sector primarily.
