We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Supervisor (Male \/ Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Agbara, Ogun State<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the operations of an assigned production area to ensure that volume, cost and quality standards are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure physical and workforce resources are adequate to meet the shifts production schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the activities of assigned production personnel including workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.<\/li>\n<li>Directly supervise day to day activities of assigned personnel or functions.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to current good manufacturing practice (cGMP)<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and support team members to meet set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coach employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures minimal waste reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Execute a mentorship approach in developing shift leads and high potential personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND in Food Technology, Management and other science related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>At least, 4 years related experience out of which he must have worked either as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a regular manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Age: 25 -35 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership qualities<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal relation and interact positively with others<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Good team player<\/li>\n<li>Must have ability to pay attention to details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.recruitment@primerafood-nigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr.recruitment@primerafood-nigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primera Food Nigeria Limited commenced its business operations in 2017.
