We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Onitsha, Anambra<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination with Logistics for dispatch of the products along with communication<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Stock Accuracy &amp; Auditing at the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for safety stock preparation based on failure\/ consumption for all the branches<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective stock control through constant monitoring of stocks level.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring and maintaining high standard of materials management and handling.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all stock requisition, material distribution and proper storage of goods in the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the issue and receipt of goods in the right quantity, quality, time and place<\/li>\n<li>Post all material received from suppliers and transfer to units on ERP<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that adequate stock is maintained, critical stock position is reported to supervisor on weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all necessary documents for processing suppliers payment gets to the procurement officer\/manager and accounts department on time.<\/li>\n<li>Protect and prevent stock from pilferage, damage and fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, orders, assembly and dispatch of materials.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good housekeeping procedures and safety standards are maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and advice management on future capacity management.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts training for new warehouse staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in related course<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of warehousing experience in a fast-paced industry<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing experience will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>Suitable candidates who are readily available to start work in the mentioned location are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0(in MS Word) to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only suitable candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
