We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Operations (Rice Mill)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in milling rice: Reviews instructions covering grade and amount of rice to be Parboiled, dried, milled, and plans operations accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Issues instructions for adjusting destoner, dehusker, rice-cleaning machine, rice grader, rice polishing equipment, reel, scalping machine and other milling machinery.<\/li>\n<li>Observes milling process, examines rice, and issues instructions for adjustment of machinery to maintain quality and quantity of product.<\/li>\n<li>May inspect and repair machinery.<\/li>\n<li>May plan installation of machinery<\/li>\n<li>Supervise Operations of machines in the rice mill so as to get the best quality rice.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusts gate in spout to regulate the flow of rice into the machine keeping in view the load on the driving electric motor.<\/li>\n<li>Observes cleaning and hulling processes feels rice and adjusts machinery to ensure rice is processed in accordance with specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Routine cleaning of sieves and replacement of rubber rolls as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Strict adherence to all work instructions for milling \/equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Performs related duties, such as lubricating equipment and repairing machinery keep production reports.<\/li>\n<li>Proper utilization of casual workers in a different sections of the rice mill.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure machinery cleanliness and up-keep.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure to operate the machine at the best capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Check the by-products regular intervals so as to avoid loss of good rice.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safety rules are observed in the plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with 2-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of safety procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and be flexible.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-Control &#8211; Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behaviour, even in very difficult situations.<\/li>\n<li>Stress Tolerance &#8211; Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.<\/li>\n<li>Persistence &#8211; Job requires persistence in the face of obstacles.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative &#8211; Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Dependability &#8211; Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and and Application letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:spmprofessionalscareer@gmail.com\"><strong>spmprofessionalscareer@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>8th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPM\u00a0Professionals is a firm with an unparalleled mix of strategic and technical expertise in business development, financial management, management consulting and corporate training programmes structured with industry specifics and functional&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2846,2882],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>SPM\u00a0Professionals Current Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
