Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Manager will oversee all the business activities; ensuring their team effectively fulfils the business marketing objectives and contributes to overall business profitability.<\/li>\n<li>The Manager will lead the sales of our weightloss brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Functional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own &amp; drive marketing Objectives and Key result items &amp; goals for the business<\/li>\n<li>Take a lead in developing marketing strategy and provide sound input into group-level campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Project manage all assigned campaigns and activities including reporting in line with the brand&#8217;s structures and standards<\/li>\n<li>Network to build more customer base<\/li>\n<li>Build close connections to the social media influencers<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage events in order to drive conversions target personas<\/li>\n<li>Work with the CEO to manage budgets and ensure that business activities, campaigns, events, and partnerships are aligned with brand strategy and produce an impact on core KPIs for brand<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to visual guidelines across all channels<\/li>\n<li>Own brand voice for the business<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with valuable partners on the ground<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with the in-house sales team and other key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report on business activities<\/li>\n<li>Produce sales weekly reporting and follow-up clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or) relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar role<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years experience in management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in strategy development and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and results-driven individual<\/li>\n<li>Up to date knowledge of marketing best practices<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge with multiple marketing channels;
