We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: House Keeping Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Benin, Edo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the rooms are well clean at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safety and inventory of equipment in all the rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain register of the inventory in the rooms<\/li>\n<li>Get the guests print-out to know the number of guests on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Report any electrical and\/or electronics fault in the rooms on daily to the maintenance department<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and maintain departmental meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise cleaning of halls, Swimming pool and its surroundings for the day\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise pickings round of the premises to make the environment tidy for the guests comfort.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the waste bin buckets are disposed when filled at the waste dumpsite.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all security lightening points are switch off and on before closing hour.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake a routine patrol of the hotel premises on and before closing hour.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of Gardeners; making they keep the surrounding tidy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all staff in Housekeeping department comply with the Hotel Policy especially as regard uniform and personal hygiene.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Front office department regarding Room moves, VIP guests, Special Needs and act on any information given.<\/li>\n<li>Issue keys, room lists, house assistant check lists and cleaning schedules to housekeeping staff at the beginning of shift and collect and check them at end of shift.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of Staff\u2019s Quarter \u2013 allocating room to Staff from outside the State.<\/li>\n<li>Check all work given to the Room Stewards, Maintenance Personnel and even Contractor in and around rooms throughout the day to ensure standards are being adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly Inspect guest rooms, public areas, recreational area for cleanliness, appearance and also to make sure these areas are kept as per the hotel standard.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Maintenance work in guestrooms and Public Areas are rectified prior to releasing rooms back to front desk.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that company standards for guest services, d\u00e9cor, and housekeeping services are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Guest\u2019s and Hotel Laundry and Dry Cleaning is dealt to the standard laid down by the hotel management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a par stock levels of stationary, linen and amenity requirements and requisite for replacement on time in order to ensure consistency in standards.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and utilizing check lists for regular preventative maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and utilizing check lists for regular cleaning and upkeep.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct meetings and training sessions within the department as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Actively train all staff to the Hotel standard and monitor their work performance.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of weekly Staff\u2019 Duty roster for housekeeping and laundry.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff performance to ensure that guests are happy and that the hotel is well run<\/li>\n<li>Minimize wastage of materials and energy through careful monitoring of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Train staff on answering guest enquires about hotel policies and services.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND \/ HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local and company hygiene, health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources2@preciouspalmroyalhotel.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>humanresources2@preciouspalmroyalhotel.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and cc\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:234recruiter@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>234recruiter@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pizikire@jubobkeystone.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pizikire@jubobkeystone.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Precious Palm Royal Hotel is a sensational resort strategically located in a serene and cozy and Transport, Headquarters, Lagos \u2013 Benin Expressway, Isiohor, Ugbowo environment;
