We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Industry:<\/strong> Real Estate<br \/>\n<strong>Report To:<\/strong> The Board of Directors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The general manager should be one with experience in formulating overall strategies, managing people and establishing policies. A thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker with the mindset of keeping the organisation&#8217;s profits on the rise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement business plan for profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement expansion growth strategy for the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular competitor analysis to aid the stay above competition<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes company objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.<\/li>\n<li>Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best practices in the conduct of the organisations operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellent customer service quality.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other functions as directed by the board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in any discipline (professional qualification will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 45 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.<\/li>\n<li>Financial planning.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning (Growth and expansion strategy).<\/li>\n<li>Business Performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and budgetary control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gross Salary:<\/strong>N3,600,000m to N4,200,000m annually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:anuoluwapob@phillipsoutsourcing.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anuoluwapob@phillipsoutsourcing.net<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>17th November, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited has been in existence for over 13 years.
