We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Account Officer role is to perform financial duties necessary for effective business management and efficient bookkeeping of company\u2019s finances for smooth day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and confirming of supplies from vendors<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of previous day sales and confirmation of cash<\/li>\n<li>Capturing and siting daily unsold goods<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring all bank POS and print each POS end day report for filing<\/li>\n<li>Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process client invoices<\/li>\n<li>Provision of float for the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Inputting of daily POS print out on its formulated template<\/li>\n<li>Computing cash analysis, complimentary sales and discount.<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments<\/li>\n<li>Identify and address discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Generate book-keeping reports on the status of accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n<li>Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Track company\u2019s expenses and process refunds\/reimbursements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Accounting or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Account Officer or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of accounting, and Bookkeeping software.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have good Analytical skill<\/li>\n<li>Must be detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal with work of a confidential nature<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Effective planning &amp; coordination skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Time Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@olmanbsl.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@olmanbsl.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Olman Business Solution is a multidimensional consulting firm keen on providing complete management and support solutions to organizational needs in diverse industries and business sectors, for effectiveness and efficiency.
