We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Kiln &amp; Coal Mill Mechanical Maintenance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Obajana, Kogi<br \/>\n<strong>Reference No: <\/strong>Mechanical-Obajana-007<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate all activities related to the operation of the kilns and Coal Mills to achieve production and quality targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure production of high-quality cement in the plant in accordance with pre-set quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the proper maintenance of the kiln to ensure kiln operations are executed effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the utilization of plant resources in the production unit to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and employee\/plant safety.<\/li>\n<li>Address production process bottlenecks for a better output, greater stability of kiln operations or an improvement in environmental parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee startups, shutdowns and operations in the kiln section.<\/li>\n<li>Manage emergency situations to ensure adherence to standard procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure process tests are conducted regularly to ensure that sensors in all production units function appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate housekeeping activities at the kiln and CCR.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to the development of the standard operating procedures for the assigned production section.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Shift Coordinator as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, Mechanical Maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education and Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or its equivalent in a Technical discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Twenty one (21) years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Behaviours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of cement production process<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of kiln operations, equipment and their functions<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership and supervisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Good relationship management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time Off<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp; Development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/dangote\/j\/F124140DDC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dangote Group is one of Nigeria\u2019s most diversified business conglomerates with a hard \u2013 earned reputation for excellent business practices and products\u2019 quality with its operational headquarters in the bustling&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2881],"tags":[454],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Dangote Group Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
