We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Land Surveyor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and inspect land surveying project contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct records management activities and perform historical and legal land ownership research.<\/li>\n<li>Involve in implementing mapping contracts and Indefinite Quality (IQ) surveying.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.<\/li>\n<li>Read, utilize and interpret design drawings and topographic maps.<\/li>\n<li>Provide consistent and superior quality documents for survey, design and building projects for all clients in region.<\/li>\n<li>Provide vertical and horizontal control maps and government cost estimate for mapping and survey projects.<\/li>\n<li>Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.<\/li>\n<li>Support field measurement and layout and verify data and calculations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Civil Engineer, Surveying or related course.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years hands on proven experience in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Good numeracy skills and the ability to make mathematical calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Logical thinking and a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in MS Word to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Role applied for as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st Septemebr, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only suitable candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
