We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Sales and Marketing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to recruit a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to upscale their revenue drive.<\/li>\n<li>The manager of Sales &amp; Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of sales, analyzing and achieving strategic objectives and business growth goals.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills with associates, guests and owners. Directs sales associates, builds sales budgets and marketing \/ business plans, while ensuring the hotel is protected and inventory controls are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all operations are in alignment with the vision of the Company and brand standards.<\/li>\n<li>Delivers quality service, achieves financial goals and implements short and long term strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing powerful marketing strategies and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Have a proven track record as a Director of Sales and Marketing in a upscale hotel 5 star hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced leader who can effectively manage a team and ensure action plans and goals are attained.<\/li>\n<li>Can deploy and mentor a sales team to uncover new accounts and business in a highly competitive market.<\/li>\n<li>Is a self-starter who is able to work creatively and has a strong marketing background.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of hotel sales and marketing management experience.<\/li>\n<li>A good First Degree with higher pedigree.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong internal and customer relations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a sales manager in the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Female gender preferably.<\/li>\n<li>Must be ready to resume immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N150,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:gm@swissinternational-dpalmsairtporthotels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>gm@swissinternational-dpalmsairtporthotels.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Head, Sales and Marketing&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Swiss International D&#8217;Palms Airport Hotels &#8211; We offer first class services.
