We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: BSS TAC Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Eng \/ B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Experience, Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate shall be proficient on Network interfacing 4G LTE Core and access network.<\/li>\n<li>High level Radio Access Network (RAN) support, analyzing and resolving issues related to Uu, S1c &amp; S1u<\/li>\n<li>Radio Frequency (RF) planning, dimensioning, implementation<\/li>\n<li>Daily monitoring of all BSS related alarm in M2000 &amp; drive with BSS engineer for clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures congestion free network and proper load balancing with adjacent cells<\/li>\n<li>RF network optimization, resolved issues relating to weak coverage, cross coverage and lack of dominant cells I Configured\/commissioned, and integrated 200+ base stations (eNodeB)<\/li>\n<li>Periodic audits on configured RF parameters on the sites via M2000<\/li>\n<li>Managing Field Support Engineers to resolve issues related to hardware fault<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for optimum RAN uptime that traverses BSS operations, Transmission Operations, Customer Complaints and LTE TDD &amp;FDD Deployment and Network Operations Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
