We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager &#8211; Janitorial Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on<\/li>\n<li>Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained<\/li>\n<li>Lead, supervise and monitor operational activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic operational direction.<\/li>\n<li>Revenue Assurance &amp; Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maximum revenue from existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Expand business with existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Allocating and managing space between buildings<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.<\/li>\n<li>Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments<\/li>\n<li>Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing<\/li>\n<li>Drafting reports and making written recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Facility Management or related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 years of experience in facility management, operations, and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of financial management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@phillipsoutsourcing.net\">recruitment@phillipsoutsourcing.net<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Facility Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>24th August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited has been in existence for over 13 years.
