We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Profit Centre Manager (Consumer Loans)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Bayelsa, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To establish and maintain positive customer relationships towards the growth revenue for the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approach customers with the aim of winning new business<\/li>\n<li>Meet with existing customers to strengthen business relationships with a view to increase financial growth of the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Aggressively market the bank\u2019s products to ensure favorable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up customers with dormant accounts, convince to resume dealings with the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Implement marketing strategies \/ programs laid out by the bank to boost profit.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve set deposit targets \/ Contributions by acquiring business \/ investment deals from Private, Public, Individuals and Corporates.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documentation on the creation of risk assets to increase business office profitability<\/li>\n<li>Sell \/ Cross-sell and Upsell the banks products.<\/li>\n<li>Market the brand.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Educational Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previous Work Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 2 years work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to evaluate needs of customers, and determine what products or services would best serve those needs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills \u2013 oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Strong, Tenacious and Persuasive.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Selling \/ Marketing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-driven, and have a passion for Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Good Relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and possess excellent Networking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Knowledge of the products and services of the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Economics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate&#8217;s Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our ideal candidate must have experience executing marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must currently work in a commercial bank as a full-time relationship manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jointhetribe.ubagroup.com\/apply?title=Profit+Centre+Manager+%28Consumer+Loans%29+Bayelsa&amp;id=70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Monday, 23rd August, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) is one of Africa&#8217;s leading financial institutions, with operations in 19 African countries and 3 global financial centres: London, Paris and New York.
