We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Representative to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for our company.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing the operation of a store (or number of stores) while taking accountability for reaching targets.<\/li>\n<li>You should also be able to set profitable goals and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate store and individual performances.<\/li>\n<li>Report on regional sales results.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast quarterly and annual profits.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest new services\/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree \/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Regional Sales Representative, or similar sales role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of store operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be residing in Abuja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N80,000 monthly + commission.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in PDF to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:applications.edensr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications.edensr@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st August, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eden Solutions &amp; Resources Limited is a Human Resource Management Organization that provides its clients with excellent, bespoke and cost effective Business Management Solutions.
