We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify prospects, source new leads, qualify opportunities and grow market share<\/li>\n<li>Frequently meet with clients to discuss portfolio, new products and services<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict discipline with documenting accurate call reports and to update client profiling after each client discussion\/meeting<\/li>\n<li>Create proposals that speak to the client\u2019s needs, concerns and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update knowledge on all company\u2019s products and services so as to provide clear and accurate answer to client\u2019s enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently manage client accounts and status by frequently reviewing holdings, cash position, profitability, assets under management and other client related reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and service support teams to ensure the provision of superior service to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of the market<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources<\/li>\n<li>Protect the organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Educational:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Business Development Executive must possess a Bachelor<strong>&#8216;<\/strong>s Degree with a minimum of second class lower award from an accredited institution in banking and finance, marketing or economics.
